1. We Are an Independent Website

Merge ID Card is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any government, ID issuing authority or official organisation. This includes, but is not limited to, NADRA, UIDAI, any election commission, any driving licence or transport authority, any immigration or passport office, and any bank or telecom company.

Card and document names such as CNIC, Aadhaar, PAN Card, NID Smart Card, Voter Card, Driving License, Iqama, Green Card, Emirates ID and B-Form are used only to describe the type of document you may be working with. All such names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. What Our Tools Do and Do Not Do

Our tools arrange, resize, watermark, blur, enhance, compress and convert images and documents that you provide. That is all.

  • We do not issue, create, renew, verify or authenticate any ID or document.
  • We do not check whether your ID is genuine, valid or up to date.
  • We do not submit your documents to any authority or organisation on your behalf.
  • We do not guarantee that any office, bank, employer or government body will accept a document made with our tools. That decision belongs only to the organisation you submit it to.

Always check the requirements of the organisation asking for your ID copy before you submit it.

3. Not Legal, Financial or Official Advice

Information on this website, including guides, tips and descriptions, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, immigration or other professional advice. Rules for ID documents differ between countries and organisations and can change. For official guidance, please contact the relevant authority or a qualified professional.

4. Accuracy of Output

We try to make our tools produce clear, correct and true-to-size results, but we cannot promise perfection. Results can vary depending on:

  • The quality, angle and lighting of your original photos
  • Your device, browser and operating system
  • Your printer, paper and print settings

Before printing or submitting anything, please check the output carefully. For print-size accuracy, print at 100 percent scale and avoid “fit to page” options. We suggest a test print before an important use.

5. Your Responsibility and Privacy

You are responsible for the documents you process and for how and with whom you share the results. Please use our tools only with documents that belong to you or that you have permission to handle.

Our tools run in your browser, and your images are not uploaded to our servers. However, once you download or send a copy of your ID, its safety depends on where you keep it and who you give it to. We recommend that you:

  • Share your ID only with trusted organisations that genuinely need it
  • Add a watermark that states the purpose and date
  • Hide any details that are not required
  • Delete copies you no longer need

We are not responsible for misuse of a document after it leaves your device.

6. Prohibited Use

Our tools must not be used to forge, alter or misrepresent documents, or for fraud, impersonation or any unlawful purpose. We do not support or accept responsibility for any such use. See our Terms of Use for details.

7. Advertising Disclosure

This website may show advertisements from third parties, including Google AdSense, to help cover costs and keep the tools free. We do not control which ads appear and do not endorse the products or services advertised. Dealings with advertisers are between you and them. Our pages may link to other websites for your convenience. We have no control over their content or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. A link does not mean we endorse the site.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Merge ID Card and its founder are not responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience that results from using, or being unable to use, this website or its tools. This includes rejected documents, errors in the output, service interruptions and any action taken by third parties. You use the website at your own risk.
