Welcome to Merge ID Card. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using our website and tools. By visiting or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About the Service

Merge ID Card is an independent website founded by Muhammad Shakeel Khan. It provides free online tools that help you merge the front and back of ID cards and documents, and also resize, watermark, blur, enhance, compress and convert images and PDFs.

All tools run in your web browser. Your files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers. For more detail, please read our Privacy Policy.

2. Who May Use the Website

You may use the website if you are able to form a binding agreement under the laws where you live. If you are under 18, please use the tools with the help of a parent or guardian. The tools are provided for personal and lawful use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Merge ID Card only for lawful purposes and only with documents that belong to you or that you have clear permission to handle.

You agree not to:

  • Forge, alter, fake or misrepresent any identity document, or use our tools to create a document that pretends to be something it is not
  • Use the tools for fraud, identity theft, impersonation or any other illegal activity
  • Process another person’s documents without their permission
  • Try to hack, overload, disrupt or damage the website, or bypass its security
  • Use bots, scrapers or automated systems to copy the site or its content in bulk
  • Copy, resell or redistribute our tools or content as your own without written permission

We may restrict or block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Your Responsibility for Your Documents

You are responsible for the images and documents you choose to process and for what you do with the results. Please remember:

  • Check your output before printing or submitting it. Make sure both sides are correct, readable and in the right order.
  • Share carefully. Give a copy of your ID only to organisations you trust and that genuinely need it.
  • Protect your copy. We recommend adding a watermark that states the purpose and date, and hiding details that are not required.

Whether a merged or edited copy is accepted is decided entirely by the organisation you give it to. We cannot guarantee that any authority, bank, employer or office will accept it.

5. No Affiliation with Any Authority

Merge ID Card is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government, ID issuing authority or official body, including NADRA, UIDAI, any election commission, any transport authority, or any similar organisation. Names of cards such as CNIC, Aadhaar, PAN, Iqama, Green Card or Emirates ID are used only to describe the type of document you may be working with. Their names belong to their respective owners.

Our tools do not verify, issue, renew or authenticate any document.

6. Intellectual Property

The website design, text, graphics, logos, tool interfaces and code belong to Merge ID Card or are used with permission, and they are protected by applicable copyright and other laws. You may use the website for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, modify or distribute its content without our written permission.

Your files remain yours. We do not claim any rights over the images and documents you process or the files you download.

7. Advertising

The website may display advertisements from third parties, including Google. Advertising helps us keep the tools free. We do not control the ads shown and do not endorse the products or services advertised. Any dealings you have with advertisers are between you and them. 8. Third-Party Links

The site may contain links to other websites. We do not own or control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep the website fast and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, improve, suspend or remove any tool or part of the site at any time, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Results can vary depending on your device, browser, image quality and printer. We do not guarantee that the output will be perfectly accurate, that it will print at an exact size on every printer, or that it will meet the requirements of any specific organisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Merge ID Card and its founder are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or tools. This includes loss caused by rejected documents, misuse of a document you shared, errors in output, or any action taken by a third party. You use the website at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

12. Ending Access

We may suspend or end your access to the website at any time if you break these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the website at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless local law where you live requires otherwise.
